1. Introduction

Welcome to Mitram.ai (“Platform”).

Mitram.ai is owned, operated, and powered by IshvaraTech, a business registered in India (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and all services, products, applications, and tools offered under the Mitra ecosystem (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. The Mitra Ecosystem

Mitram.ai provides AI-powered digital solutions including, but not limited to:

  • HireMitra – AI recruitment and hiring automation
  • ArthMitra – Financial intelligence and business insights
  • TaskMitra – Workflow and productivity automation
  • DocuMitra – AI-driven document processing
  • SandeshMitra – Communication and messaging automation
  • SurekshaMitra – Security and compliance solutions
  • MindMitra – AI-assisted wellness and guidance tools
  • KaushalMitra – Skill assessment and development platforms
  • RozgarMitra – Employment enablement solutions
  • VyaparMitra – Business growth intelligence tools
  • BhashaMitra – Language and AI translation solutions
  • SamajMitra – Community engagement and civic platforms

Features may include automation engines, predictive analytics, AI-generated insights, chatbot interactions, document parsing, workflow management, and data analysis tools.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at its discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

4. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality of credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all account activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Acceptable Use

You shall not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory purposes
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Reverse-engineer or exploit AI models
  • Scrape or misuse platform data
  • Violate intellectual property rights

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

6. AI & Professional Disclaimer

The Services utilize artificial intelligence and automated systems.

You acknowledge that:

  • Outputs are algorithmic and may not be fully accurate
  • Services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or professional advice
  • The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes
  • Final decisions remain solely your responsibility

Mitram.ai and IshvaraTech Consulting shall not be liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, branding, designs, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of IshvaraTech Consulting.

No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.

8. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If paid Services are offered:

  • Fees will be displayed before purchase
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Pricing may change with prior notice

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business
  • Employment, financial, or wellness decisions made using the Platform
  • System downtime, cyber incidents, or technical disruptions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) in the preceding 3 months.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IshvaraTech Consulting from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Breach of third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice if Terms are violated.

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, including:

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

(You may specify a city later if desired.)

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
